I believe that the student body has been formed in the class. There are no negative groupings. Students are friends, communicate according to their interests. The relationship between them is mostly benevolent, they can support each other in difficult times, provide help. When preparing and holding events, students are always united, a responsible attitude towards school affairs prevails.

During their implementation, the functions of organizer and coordinator were performed mainly by me, since the guys are not yet able to independently create a council for any business, organize and monitor its implementation, although I, as a class teacher, tried to conduct the business as if the guys themselves had come up with everything, and the teacher supported them. Class characteristics.

There are 29 students in the 3rd grade, including 14 girls and 15 boys. Children born in 2005 - 2006 and one student born in 2004 (Ruzaikin A.). Out of 29 families, 18 are full, six children are brought up by one parent (mother), six children are brought up in a large family (Vorfolomeev E., Gatiyatullin M., Mayorov V., Ruzaikin A, Khamidullin N., Yusupov A.) and one child is brought up guardian (grandmother).

This academic year I would like to pay special attention to career guidance work with students and parents. The first professions that a child learns about are the professions of parents and those people with whom he often encounters in Everyday life: educator, doctor, salesman, cashier in a store, bus driver, TV announcer. Every day the child observes how people work, what they do at work. Parents usually talk about their work only in the most general outline without overloading the child with unnecessary information, so random details sometimes seem to be an essential feature professional activity parents. So, playing "work", a child takes out a calendar, puts a kettle on the table, sings a song, imitates a conversation on the phone, not understanding what the essence of this "work" is. The outer side of the activity of adults for a long time remains more essential for children than its meaning.

Working with difficult learners.

In the class, a group of difficult children can be distinguished (Lukyanenko Kirill, Makarov Ivan, Starostin Roman, Tikhonravov Stepan, Fedotov Klim, Grachev Sergey). I paid a lot of attention to working with these children. It should be noted that there are children with a very complex character - these are Sergey Drozhzhin, Klim Fedotov. These children require a special pedagogical approach to themselves, and in this matter during the year we needed the help of the school's psychological and pedagogical service. The parents of these students were individually consulted with a psychologist.

Successful study required creating a fertile ground for the acquisition of knowledge by students. Therefore, the most important thing is a calm environment in the classroom during the educational process. This is also the problem for now. Pupils such as Sergey Drozhzhin, Ivan Makarov, Roman Starostin, Klim Fedotov, by their behavior, prevented the students from gaining solid knowledge. Constant comments, conversations, engaging in extraneous matters prevented the teacher from conducting the lesson normally. There was a lot of individual work with these students on the culture of behavior during the lesson, but it is still necessary to work with these children to achieve the desired result.

Working with parents.

For the 2013-2014 academic year, 5 parent meetings and 2 meetings of the parent committee were held. ("Together again. Parents' meetings visit from 60% to 80% of parents.

Relations with parents are good, there were no problems and difficulties in working with them. Many parents are very active in class life. They help me in organizing trips for children, organizing holidays.
