Discipline in the classroom is good, but sometimes you have to restrain it in some lessons.

I believe that the student body has been formed in the class. There are no negative groupings. Students are friends, communicate according to their interests. The relationship between them is mostly benevolent, they can support each other in difficult times, provide help. When preparing and holding events, students are always united, a responsible attitude towards school affairs prevails.

I, as a class teacher and students, solved these problems. Educational work in the class was carried out on the basis of a system-role approach. Work was planned and carried out in ten directions. The main forms of work with children are class hours, holidays, excursions, quizzes, contests, competitions, and conversations. All students took part in class activities. During their implementation, the functions of organizer and coordinator were performed mainly by me, since the guys are not yet able to independently create a council for any business, organize and monitor its implementation, although I, as a class teacher, tried to conduct the business as if the guys themselves had come up with everything, and the teacher supported them. The guys, seeing the teacher's support, got down to business and tried to do it well. A notable event in the life of the class was the “agid brigades” holiday held at the beginning of the year, where the children showed a responsible attitude to the preparation and conduct of the holiday, inspired by their successful performance in front of other primary classes. The holiday on March 8 was interesting in the class. The children learned about the history of the holiday, its traditions.

Class characteristics.
There are 29 students in the 3rd grade, including 14 girls and 15 boys. Children born in 2005 - 2006 and one student born in 2004 (Ruzaikin A.). Out of 29 families, 18 are full, six children are brought up by one parent (mother), six children are brought up in a large family (Vorfolomeev E., Gatiyatullin M., Mayorov V., Ruzaikin A, Khamidullin N., Yusupov A.) and one child is brought up guardian (grandmother).

This academic year I would like to pay special attention to career guidance work with students and parents. The first professions that a child learns about are the professions of parents and those people with whom he often encounters in Everyday life: educator, doctor, salesman, cashier in a store, bus driver, TV announcer. Every day the child observes how people work, what they do at work. Parents usually talk about their work only in the most general outline without overloading the child with unnecessary information, so random details sometimes seem to be an essential feature professional activity parents. So, playing "work", a child takes out a calendar, puts a kettle on the table, sings a song, imitates a conversation on the phone, not understanding what the essence of this "work" is. The outer side of the activity of adults for a long time remains more essential for children than its meaning.
The words “work, work, at work” are some of the first words in a child's vocabulary. He knows that if mom is not at home, then she went to work. Dad should not be disturbed when he works. You need to work in order to have money, from which people buy everything they need for life: food, clothes, furniture, medicines, etc. All adults must work; only sick and elderly people who have already retired are not working. Younger students still find it difficult to answer or give uncertain answers.
Problem in primary school consists in the fact that the lessons of acquaintance with professions in the framework of the school curriculum occupy a small part. Therefore, the task of the homeroom teacher is to introduce students to various professions in extracurricular activities and extracurricular activities.

Third step: children do creative work (drawings about new professions, mini-essays), games, conversations with parents, the publication of newspapers “Our Parents at Work”.
Fourth step: joint work of parents and children on personal plot, on the school site, in the garden. There is a harmonization of relations with the older generation, the possibility of the child's participation in various feasible chores around the house, household and the formation of a realistic view of the necessity and importance of labor for a person.

The main forms of work with children were hours of communication, holidays, excursions, quizzes, Internet contests, intellectual contests of various levels, competitions, conversations, and raids.
They are engaged in circles and sections: 20 people (outside the school). As part of extracurricular activities, 15 students worked in the swimming pool.

All conducted thematic class hours were planned and conducted in the main areas of moral education, prevention bad habits and illegal behavior of students, on the prevention of road traffic injuries of students ("20 years of the Constitution", "Ecology and culture is the future of Russia", library lesson "School history", "How to behave on the road", "On the heroes of bygone times", "Take care of your eyes like a diamond", a conversation about the dangers of smoking, "We cannot forget these roads", etc.)

Excursions to nature, learning songs, poems and dances; design and production of wall newspapers, compilation of compositions from natural material; participation in contests and quizzes, work in the summer at the school site (caring for flowers) fostered in children working qualities, a responsible attitude to the assigned work. The oral journal "Memory" was organized to foster a sense of patriotism. Each creative group prepared a message about the people who died in the defense of our Motherland.

Working with difficult learners.
In the class, a group of difficult children can be distinguished (Lukyanenko Kirill, Makarov Ivan, Starostin Roman, Tikhonravov Stepan, Fedotov Klim, Grachev Sergey). I paid a lot of attention to working with these children. It should be noted that there are children with a very complex character - these are Sergey Drozhzhin, Klim Fedotov. These children require a special pedagogical approach to themselves, and in this matter during the year we needed the help of the school's psychological and pedagogical service. The parents of these students were individually consulted with a psychologist.
Successful study required creating a fertile ground for the acquisition of knowledge by students. Therefore, the most important thing is a calm environment in the classroom during the educational process. This is also the problem for now. Pupils such as Sergey Drozhzhin, Ivan Makarov, Roman Starostin, Klim Fedotov, by their behavior, prevented the students from gaining solid knowledge. Constant comments, conversations, engaging in extraneous matters prevented the teacher from conducting the lesson normally. There was a lot of individual work with these students on the culture of behavior during the lesson, but it is still necessary to work with these children to achieve the desired result.
Working with parents.
For the 2013-2014 academic year, 5 parent meetings and 2 meetings of the parent committee were held. ("Together again. The laws of class life", "The first lessons of the school grade", "The role of raising a child in the family", "The role of the book in the development of the child's intellectual skills" and meeting at the end of the quarters and the year). Parents' meetings visit from 60% to 80% of parents.
Relations with parents are good, there were no problems and difficulties in working with them. Many parents are very active in class life. They help me in organizing trips for children, organizing holidays.
