I tried in this article to provide the most full information on the Breakthrough application from Pride International, tell about its main games, and most importantly - how you can connect to this movement, how much it costs and how to make money there. Recently, I began to look more and work through information about getting up early, increasing energy levels, productivity, and the formation of new strong habits.

Among other information volumes that I came across, my particular attention was paid to the Breakthrough application. This was partly due to the fact that for a long time, thanks to social networks and Youtube, I followed the activities of Artem Nesterenko, who is the founder of Pride International. And this company is directly related to the Breakthrough application - it is its official developer.

Therefore, I personally decided to try out the Breakthrough application and this is what came of it.

What is Pride International?

Before talking about the Breakthrough application, I will briefly tell you the main points about Pride International that I managed to find out.

The founder of Pride International is Artem Nesterenko, about whom I wrote about in the article about (at number 9).

Breakthrough games

I will give brief information about the games that are currently available to users of the "Breakthrough" application.

By the way, their number is constantly growing: when I just paid for the annual subscription (in October 2017) there were only three games. And already after a month and a half, there are already eight such educational training games.

How is the process organized?

Every morning of a new day, a small training video lasting 10-20 minutes appears in each game. Sometimes there is a little more. It reveals one question, and also formulates the task for the current day.

The next day, a new video appears, and access to the old one is terminated. This is very stimulating every day to work through useful content and complete tasks without delay. Throughout the day, the task must be completed and reported, by writing a small post with an attachment, if necessary, a video or photo.

In every game you have an accountability partner - a randomly assigned participant who helps to reach the finals, as well as you to him.

Wake up productive game

At any stage of life, we think about changing something in ourselves: forming new habits, giving up harmful ones, starting to play sports, eating healthy food, drinking more water... But often, having made the decision to take up the improvement of life, setting a high bar for ourselves and designating the next Monday for this, at the stage of implementing our plans we renegotiate with ourselves, reduce the requirements for ourselves and deviate from our plans.

The Wake Up Productive game allows all participants to compete with each other to achieve new skills, form the correct daily routine, change their diet, start exercising, improve their way of thinking, learn to wake up productive every morning and increase energy levels. The training includes assignments in psychology, physiology, time management, the skill of achieving a goal is being worked out.

The game is hosted directly by Artem Nesterenko. Duration - 100 days. This period was not chosen by chance - during this period you can form new habits and make significant positive changes in your life.

I will open the curtain a little and tell you about the most interesting topics and tasks for the first 20 days of training:

• Analyze and clean up your environment, home, work space, devices and social circle.
• Add something new to your life: during the day it was necessary to do the usual things in a new way at least five times.
• Formulate 100 goals that you want to achieve in your life.

• Get up every day before 6 in the morning, do morning exercises, walk (jog), drink 2 liters of water a day, eat a healthy breakfast.

Game "Formula of happy relationships"

This is a sixty day marathon of building loving, trusting relationships with your significant other. At the same time, it has absolutely nothing to do with whether you are married (married) or just planning to create a relationship - this game teaches how to create and preserve love in a family, to add heat and fire to relationships that, for some reason, have died out a little.

The author and host of this game is Alex Olimskoy - a well-known expert, trainer, coach, specialist in personal growth, relationships and business. For 9 years of work he has trained more than 45,000 people. The author of two training companies and a consulting agency.

In this game, the gameplay is organized in such a way that a video block with educational information appears three times a week, where Alex shares his secrets and techniques for creating a loving relationship. At the same time, tasks are formulated for each day.

What are the main questions included in the content of this training ?:

Conclusions and my feedback on the Breakthrough application

Based on the results of active daily work (game) with the Breakthrough application from Pride International, I can draw the following conclusions about it:

1. The Breakthrough application is a product that has a clear target audience - people who want to change their lives, want to develop every day and achieve great results in various spheres of life. Therefore, it is absolutely certain that this application will not suit negatively minded people, “couch guards”, skeptics, people who already know everything or have already achieved everything they wanted. But at the same time, it is more suitable than ever for those who understand that it is necessary to change today and now.
2. Combining elements of training programs in one application, as well as computer games makes learning very interesting. Every morning I shower with impatience to find out what the task will be for today, which will be discussed in the next game day... During my thirty minute run, I listen to the theoretical portion of each of the tutorials.
3. Another important advantage of the Breakthrough app is that learning is conducted daily for extended periods of time and is based not only on acquiring knowledge, but also on its direct application in daily life. Performing practical tasks for long periods of time allows you to get out of the usual routine, form new skills and habits, experience real changes in yourself and in your life.As for me, after listening to the training block, I plan time for the task for the day. In most cases, these tasks are simple and straightforward, organically intertwined with daily activities, not requiring a significant investment of time. But sometimes you have to change your usual behavior, you have to leave your comfort zone.

Prides

Pride is a family group. Leos prefer to live in a team and are rarely alone. The number of these predators is not always the same. It ranges from four to forty individuals. Of the entire feline family, only lions live and hunt in groups. A lion pride usually includes several females with cubs, young males, and only one leader. Moreover, the head of the flock is not always the strongest or largest male. But the entire pride of lions recognizes his authority and obeys him. Sometimes the leader drives out young males from the group. They can later join another group or create their own pride.

How does the life of a pride of lions work?

These animals are very sociable, and often a group can reach forty individuals. The basis of any such group is lionesses. They raise their offspring under the protection of the entire pride. What is remarkable - lion cubs can suck milk not only from their mother, but also from any other female who recently gave birth to cubs. Lionesses jointly raise offspring and do not divide cubs into friends and foes.

All members of the pride are very attached to each other and often show tender feelings, which are expressed in licking each other or rubbing their cheeks when they meet. As in any family, it is not complete without small hassles, but they happen mainly due to the division of prey.

Power in prides

Any pride of lions, a photo of which can be seen in this article, has only one leader, to whom all power belongs. This is an adult male dominating the flock. He owns the right to be the first to mate with lionesses and begin to eat prey. But the leader also has his duties - to look after the lion cubs while their mothers are on the hunt, to protect the flock from strangers and any dangers.

A lion pride usually contains no more than three adult males, since young predators, when they grow up, can begin to challenge the primacy. If they lose, they are expelled from the pride. They lead a lonely life for a while, and then they create their own family group or join another pack.

How do lions hunt?

Lions hunt in groups, together pursuing one chosen prey. They can develop high speed only at short distances. They prefer to track down prey, get as close to it as possible. And mostly females hunt. This is due to the fact that lionesses are less noticeable than males, more agile, so the likelihood of catching prey increases several times.

Often, females surround the herd from different sides and attack the nearest animal. Lionesses try to attack with one powerful jump, breaking the cervical vertebrae or soul of the victim with their jaws. One fatal blow with a paw is enough for small animals. Females provide food for the entire pride of lions, therefore their main prey is large ungulates (buffaloes, zebras, antelopes, etc.). Males usually do not take part in the hunt, for rare cases when a very large prey comes across. Often, lions prefer to fight off sick and weak animals or cubs from the herd. Such prey is easier to handle and hunting does not take much time and effort.

The mating season in lions

A lion caring for a female is very attentive to her. Mating season begins with a lioness in heat. Until the female becomes pregnant, this period is repeated every 3 weeks. The resulting pair leaves the pride of lions for about five days or a week, leaving for a secluded place. At this time, they are inseparable and are always near. Sometimes the "honeymoon" lasts even more than two weeks.

Mating occurs several times a day. Leo can copulate 70 times in 24 hours. The recovery period between mating is twenty minutes on average. Usually everything happens quietly and quickly, except for cases when the male begins to growl in ecstasy and pats the lioness by the scruff of the neck. At this time, the lion sometimes can not calculate its bite strength and, at the moment of passion, accidentally kill its girlfriend.

Pride territory

The territory in which a group of any animals lives is almost always marked with them. Lions do the same. The Pride of Lions sprays the boundaries of its territory with secretions from the anal glands, accompanying this action with a loud roar. This is done to protect the females of the flock and to legitimize the area where they will hunt. But, nevertheless, the lions are not very vigilant patrolling the established borders.

If there is little production in the territory, then the pride's possessions can be expanded up to 15 km in all directions. Conversely, if there is enough food for the flock on a smaller area, then the boundaries are reduced. Young males can only conquer the pride territory by force. And the lionesses will not admit a stranger to their flock if she tries to join their group.

Lionesses are the real embodiment of hard work! They are responsible for the sustenance of the family, for the birth and upbringing of babies, and among other things, they have to support the parasite "hubby" and dump him after hunting in literally the lion's share. But what about the lions, did they really get the royal nickname only for their amazing love and ability to sleep 20 hours a day. In fact, the way of the lion's pride is not so simple as it might seem from the outside.

Of all feline lions the only ones form families - prides, which usually consist of one male, several females and babies. In rare cases, several sexually mature males coexist in the pride, but only one of them will be the most important - this is the alpha male. He may not be the strongest, but others do not question his leadership.

There is no hierarchy between females, the king of animals also has no beloved "wife". Often lionesses give birth at the same time, and all the babies become common and can feed from any mother who is nearby.

Lion cubs of both sexes live in the pride up to 2-2.5 years. Matured lionesses will remain in the pride and become mothers, and lions, with the end of puberty, will begin to claim the throne, and either seize power or be expelled.

Exiled males 1-3 years old can live alone or gather in small bachelor groups. If they are lucky they will manage to capture some orphaned pride or topple the weaker alpha male.

As befits a family, the pride occupies its own territory, on average about 50 hectares. The most favorable environment is the open landscape savannas, watering places and an abundance of herbivores.

The life of an alpha male is very dangerous, he marks and defends the territory, drives away strangers or engages in a bloody battle with them, but on the other hand, he also eats first and mates first with females. The reign period lasts on average 2-2.5 years.

Lions live much less than lionesses, and rarely die of old age. Expelled from the pride by strong sons, the lonely and hungry ex-alpha quickly perishes from hunger, disease and injury.

Lions get food in three ways: they hunt themselves, eat carrion, or beat off prey from other predators. Lionesses usually hunt, they eat very small prey on the spot, and carry large prey to the family. Daddy the lion comes first to eat, he will not share with anyone. Lionesses, by the way, also do not show maternal self-sacrifice, they ferociously drive away the babies until they are fed up. Lion cubs eat last and this is the harsh law of nature - adults are more valuable for survival than young animals.

It is not uncommon for lions to take prey from leopards and hyenas, but this rarely happens. In times of famine, lions will not disdain carrion of any degree of decay.

It happens that the lion's "harem" is left without the head of the family, then the ladies can only sit and wait until a new leader captures them. Most likely it will be a strong young lion who has already left his native land, but has not yet had time to start his own family. The fate of the lion cubs in such cases is sad. Lions do not practice adoption and the first thing that the new head of the family will do is kill and eat all the cubs from the predecessor. Of course, this sounds very cruel, but the fact is that until the babies grow up, the lioness does not come into heat, that is, during its short period of reign, the lion may not wait for mating. And the most important thing is to leave offspring!

This predator stands out from other felines. Unlike their closest relatives, lions live in the pride and cooperate with each other. Such a family has its own structure and follows certain rules.

Lion flock structure

Pride - lions, in which there are several females and one or two males. Sometimes such a family consists only of females. Sometimes a full-fledged flock can number about 40 heads. But usually much less.

All live in the same territory, the size of which mainly depends on the number of heads in the family and on the amount of food. On average, it occupies 50 sq. km. The Lion Pride is a structure in which each animal takes its position. Animals that live in the savannah follow a certain routine from generation to generation. Males protect the territory of the pride from hyenas, cheetahs and other predators. Females go hunting, providing for the whole family. But some lion communities that live in other parts of the Earth may have a very different structure. Each animal gets its own food, and they gather in flocks only during the rutting season.

Kings of the pride

Each pack has its own leader. If there are only females in the family, then their head is dead. The leader can be challenged by a young lion to take his position. At this moment, a fight occurs. Usually the leaders last only three years, after which they are overthrown by stronger lions. In such families, females spend their entire lives, but the growing males eventually (after a couple of years) leave the flock. Two brothers can live together for a lifetime. "Friends" are looking for a new pride, in which one of them tries to take the place of the leader.

Lion cubs

Pride is a place where lion cubs can appear at any time of the year. For this, the couple moves away from the rest at a distance. Upon returning, the female bears the babies for about 100 days. For childbirth, the cat chooses a secluded place, often in the bushes. Usually 3-5 kittens are born. Until a certain time, the mother takes care of the offspring on her own, but at the same time she does not lose touch with the pride, echoing with him a roar. A month and a half later, she introduces the lion cubs to their family. All members of the pack take care of the kids, and this is really important, since immature kittens have many enemies, from which only the pride can protect. An eagle or a beast of prey can steal and tear to pieces babies.

Family life

In the hot daytime hours, the family prefers to relax. After eating, all the inhabitants of the pack rest in one place. Pride is a convenient structure from which all members benefit. Females are protected, males are fed. Interestingly, the lions competently dominate their domains. All animals that are on the territory of the pride belong only to him. But at the same time, lions will never kill an extra animal. They clearly know how much they need to feed themselves. They also control the fertility of the offspring. If there is enough food, lions can bring kittens more often, if there is hunger around, they will not start babies.

On the hunt

The Lion Pride knows how much food is needed to feed itself. For example, for a family of four cats a week, it is enough to catch one zebra. Towards evening, lionesses start hunting. Surprisingly, zebras or other ungulates feel that the predators are about to “dine”. After all, when the lions are just resting, the animals do not run away from them, but calmly graze. The cat lets out a strong roar to cause panic in the prey. Frightened ungulates flee from danger, falling into the clutches of other members of the pride, who have lurked in another part of the clearing. Usually the whole hunt is led by an old predator who stands aside, giving barely audible sounds to his friends. But sometimes even such cunning tricks may not be crowned with success, because ungulates are distinguished by their agility and speed.

Lion roar

Those who have heard the roar of a lion understand how impressive and at the same time terrifying phenomenon this is. At night, this powerful sound is heard at a distance of 8 kilometers. But why do lions growl? Pride is a family in which all members not only cooperate, but also communicate, give signals to each other. This is how they can maintain their social connection. The important thing is that the distance over which they can give each other sound "alerts" is much greater than the human ear hears. Leo always puts meaning in his roar. In addition, both males and females make sounds. But in a lioness, the sounds are slightly weaker and higher in tone.

Also, lions are not always together, they can roam their territory. At the borders, the predator often meets enemy prides, and if he does not recognize someone else's roar, he will be taken by surprise. Lions from a strange family are able to bite a stranger to death. Therefore, the roar for this predator is Lions can notify with their sounds that this territory is occupied and protected. Thanks to this, young, immature, solitary males can safely wait out the time of loneliness and formation and avoid clashes with the dominant lion of the formed pride.
