Moreover, when calling the context menu, you do not need to hold down the Shift key to see this item. It is very easy to add such an item to the menu.

1. Download and unzip this archive anywhere.
2. Right click on the file ElevateCommand.inf, select command Install and agree to install.
3. Do the same with the file CmdHereAsAdmin.inf.

These files are from the Elevation PowerToys, in which I already mentioned in the story about UAC. I just selected the files I needed, translated it into Russian, added an icon to the menu and modified the display of the menu item.
