Dumping construction waste in the wrong place (near water bodies, forests, along roads) is punished even more seriously: the fine for officials and organizations is up to 30 thousand and 200 thousand rubles, respectively. Fines are issued by the administrative-territorial commissions of Vladivostok. Household waste is removed by special vehicles that are not designed for the transportation of construction waste.
