from Russia and other countries to take part in the annual International Youth Scientific and Practical Conference

« Comparative Law in the Asia-Pacific RegionIX"To be held June 28, 2018.

The purpose of the conference: strengthening international legal cooperation between states, scientific communities and young people of Russia, the countries of the Asia-Pacific region (APR), and other countries.

Establishing and developing business contacts with other scientists, universities, research organizations, centers of comparative legal research;

Promotion of cooperation between Russia and other countries of the Asia-Pacific region, other states in the judicial and law enforcement, human rights spheres;

The evolution of comparative studies towards the development of didactics, the quality of training future lawyers in the APR countries.

The conference traditionally conducts its work in 5 sections:

Section No. 1. "Constitutional-legal and administrative-legal problems of comparative jurisprudence in the countries of the APR".

Section No. 2. « International law and international relations ”.

Section No. 3. "Civil problems of comparative jurisprudence in the APR countries".

Section No. 4. " Criminal and criminological problems of comparative jurisprudence in the APR countries».

Section No. 5. “Criminal Procedure and Criminalistic Problems of Comparative Law. Law enforcement agencies in the APR countries ”.

As part of the youth scientific forum, round tables will be held on the topics:

- "Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of Mongolia on the territory Russian Federation and Russian citizens on the territory of Mongolia ”;

- "Anti-criminal education in world practice and the participation of law schools, student youth in its implementation."

The recommended topics can be adjusted and expanded at the discretion of the researcher. However, the topic of the report, with the exception of the topics of round tables, is determined by the framework comparative jurisprudence in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. Based on the results of the conference, it is planned to publish a collection scientific papers... The collection will be indexed in the RSCI, it will be assigned DOI and IDSP numbers, as well as an SPLN code with a QR code. Conference materials, including multimedia presentations, will be published on the BSU website (access mode:. Authors of the best publications will be assisted in the work on grants, as well as in the placement of their scientific papers in the journals of the Higher Attestation Commission and in other leading peer-reviewed publications.

Text format: Word for Windows - 95/07. Page format: A4 (210x297 mm). Margins: 2.5 cm - from all sides. Font: size (point size) - 14; a type - Times New Roman. The title is printed in capital letters, font - bold, center alignment. Below, double-spaced in lowercase letters - the initials and surname of the author (s). On the next line - the full name of the organization, city. After an indent of 2 intervals, an annotation follows, followed by 2 intervals - text, single spacing, paragraph indentation - 1.25 cm, justified alignment. The name and numbers of the figures are indicated under the figures, the names and numbers of the tables - above the tables. Tables, diagrams, figures, formulas, graphs should not go beyond the specified fields (font in tables and figures - at least 11 pt). References to literature in square brackets. A list of references is required. Do not hyphenate.

Upon receipt of materials, the organizing committee sends a letter "Materials received" to the author's address within two days. Authors who have sent materials by e-mail and have not received confirmation of their receipt by the organizing committee, please duplicate the application.

Conference materials are sent to major libraries in Russia and abroad.

The collection is registered in the scientometric database of the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) and is published on the website of the electronic library Elibrary.ru.

THE TIME OF RELEASE OF CONFERENCE MATERIALS - 1 MONTH FROM THE DATE OF END OF APPLICATION.

ATTENTION!

In order to reimburse organizational, publishing and printing costs, authors must pay an organizational fee of 200 rubles per page. Papers of less than 5 pages will not be accepted for publication. The number of publications from one author is not limited. The electronic version of the collection is provided free of charge.
For each printed copy of the collection, you must pay 450 rubles (with the exception of co-authors). If the material for participation in the conference was written in co-authorship, then an additional amount of 450 rubles must be paid for each co-author. For sending the collection outside the Russian Federation - an additional 450 rubles.
The cost of a conference participant certificate is 250 rubles, the conference program is 200 rubles, a certificate of acceptance of materials for publication is 100 rubles. Help is provided to authors in in electronic format within 2-3 days; the certificate is sent in hard copy by registered mail of the RF mail in 7-10 days (or in electronic form within 2-3 days) from the moment the organizing committee receives the entire package of documents.

The annual international interuniversity student scientific and practical conference "From scientific ideas to business development strategy" is held annually in October, starting in 2013, at least 7 universities participate in it annually, including foreign ones (University of Ca Foscari (Italy), Bocconi School of Management, Bocconi University (Italy)), as well as representatives of business and science: Institute of Digital Economy and Law, International Center"Creative consulting technologies", etc.

2018 theme: “ National security as the basis for the country's competitiveness and economic growth ”.

The work of the conference is provided in the context of sections:

Section 1. "Economic security in the digital economy"

The section is devoted to the discussion of scientific and applied problems of economic security risk management, tools for their diagnostics and control.

Section 2. "Financial security in the public sector"

Within the framework of the section, issues of security and efficiency of public finance management are proposed for discussion.

Section 3. "Innovative security as a basis for economic growth"

Section devoted to scientific research and the development of new management technologies, technological innovation, the introduction of R&D and the efficiency of the use of intangible assets, methods of increasing the share of innovative products in GDP.
