Childhood and youth

Veronika Borisovna Belotserkovskaya was born in Odessa in June 1970, in a simple family of an engineer and a teacher of the Russian language. Soon after the appearance of their daughter, the parents moved to St. Petersburg, where Nika spent her childhood and early years.

Creation

In 2009 Nika Belotserkovskaya embarks on the path leading to her vocation - cooking. This year she starts a culinary blog at LiveJournal belonika.livejournal.com. Soon it is included in the top ten Russian pages of the platform.

As Belotserkovskaya says, she inherited her culinary talent from her Odessa grandmother, who had worked at a meat processing plant all her life. Nika spent her school summer vacations in Odessa.
