  1. Boil and cool the meat.
  2. Cut it into small strips.
  3. Remove seeds and stalks from the pepper.
  4. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into strips and place over the beef.
  5. Prepare the sauce: finely chop the onion, salt and pepper it, add vinegar and oil, mix thoroughly and add to meat and vegetables.

An important point. During cooking, meat loses about 20% of its weight. Therefore, to get 400 g of boiled product, you need to take 600 g of fresh meat.

  1. After rinsing, pour the beef pulp with water and bring to a boil. Add salt and, if desired, spices, cook until cooked. After cooling, cut the meat into thin strips or disassemble it into fibers by hand.

  3. Boil the potatoes in a peel, cool, peel and also rub using a coarse grater.
