Drawing in children 2 3 years old synopsis. Drawing with kids. Further reading about drawing with children

Drawing with children 2 years old - this is something new than the old kalyaks-malyaks performed by the little ones. Drawings of two-year-old children are still little understood by adults, but, nevertheless, the first creative success can not fail to please parents.

Drawing with two-year-old children is very entertaining: the kids are immersed in the process, they are in some mysterious corner of their soul and draw and paint. Parents can become an active participant in the activity with the child, for example, join in and show their creativity or teach the child something new, or help - take the child's pen in their hand and guide her, drawing something.

By the way, this is how my daughter learned how to draw circles the day before yesterday. Yesterday I showed a master class to my grandmother via Skype, and today I showed the circles to my dad. I must say, the mugs are becoming more and more like themselves πŸ™‚

Today I want to talk about different ways of drawing, in some places I will cite our experience as an example. Although our Lyuba is not yet 2 years old, something is also relevant for young children.

Drawing with children 2 years old: where, how and with what?

If your child is passionate about drawing, then just give him free rein - and he will take himself over. For us it is a little fraught - the floor, wallpaper, chair and everything that turns out to be a "boring" piece of "interior" is instantly painted. Oh yes! More body art!

If your child is not such a fan of drawing, well, maybe he will be interested in it a little later, or you can try different ways... Who knows, maybe something will "hook" him.

How can we draw, kid?

Traditional methods on paper, whatman paper, cardboard and other paper surface using:

  • ordinary watercolors and brushes,
  • felt-tip pens (there are those designed for the age of toddlers from 1 year, moreover, they are water-based),
  • colored pencils
  • ballpoint pen (necessarily under supervision). I decided to enter it here, because my daughter is not indifferent to pens. It doesn't matter if the rod is hidden or not, if you don't draw, then at least let me hold it πŸ™‚

  • wax crayons

  • gouache,
  • (they cause the least interest in my daughter at this age).

I recommend supervised drawing for children 2 years of age. kids can still taste the paint, and even licking a pencil is generally a sweet thing πŸ™‚ By the way, our wax pencils also suffered.

Teach children to dip the brush in water while painting, especially before each color change. Otherwise, all the drawings will be depressive gray-brown-crimson colors for a long time.

Experts in early childhood development do not recommend using regular pencils because the child does not hold them correctly in his hand. This further causes difficulties with retraining in preschool and school age - the child may continue to hold the handle incorrectly.

In addition, with colored pencils, the drawing turns out to be pale, because to leave a bright mark - you need to make an effort, it is difficult for kids.

And of course, these pencils break quickly.

You can also add variety to:

  • draw with your finger on the semolina (you can use a tray for this) or on the sand - you can draw on the street too!
  • take some crayons with you for a walk - let the street become a little more beautiful.
  • try to diversify your baby's bathing - invite him to draw in the bathroom. Our Lyuba gladly made the bath brighter πŸ™‚
  • on the magnetic board is also interesting, and most importantly you don't need to wash anyone.
  • take several disposable plates (you can take plastic ones), pour one color into each of them, let the child try to mix colors and create his own palette. You can give your baby a separate clean plate for this - a cardboard one is best.

  • invite your child to paint with toothpaste using a sponge.

AT toothpaste for color, for example, you can add gouache. You can cut interesting figures from the sponge and use them as dies. Using a sponge, you can paint with gouache, finger paints.

  • easel.

At home we have an alternative to the easel - "creative wallpaper".

The idea is simple - I just pasted over with plain paper the area that most often came under the "blow".

When one day you miss coloring the wallpaper, it is already difficult for a child to explain that this should not be done. After all, he once already tried it and did it - he liked it, so it is possible. I did not scold my daughter, but simply allocated a place. Everyone is satisfied and happy.

  • coloring pages - you can try coloring with your child. Although it will be relevant a little later, perhaps your child will be imbued at this age and will successfully paint over the drawings. Someone earlier, someone later shows interest in painting. It is more convenient to use paints than a pencil.

You can teach a child to color in the following way. Cut a simple shape or drawing out of paper (such as a fungus, fish, etc.) and place it on a piece of paper as a work surface. Let the kid try to paint over the figure.

Or you can cut out a shape, take the sheet you cut from and put it on top of a blank piece of paper. When the child paints the cut out "window", the top sheet can be removed, and on the bottom one you will see the result of the child's efforts.

  • free drawing. Very cool, but at home it is labor-consuming and not quite "free" because restrictions will still be.

Someday I will tell you about free drawing in more detail. And also about how I had to wash both my daughter and my mother, but my mother still had a chance to go home with a make-up on her cheek πŸ™‚

And these are Lubin's circles. Are they already very similar? πŸ˜‰

Today I told you about how you can diversify. Maybe you know other ideas - share with us!

What should a baby be able to do at 2 years old? It's not about the ability to dress and brush a tooth, but about drawing, sculpting, and appliquΓ© beginnings. It turns out:

Paint simple compositions - rain, snow, grass, christmas decorations on a Christmas tree, circles (which will be balls, apples, etc.), draw sticks - strings at balls, stems (sticks) at flowers, handles at shoulder blades, needles at a hedgehog, grass, patterns (arbitrary) on cups, rugs , towels.

Development in 2 years

Painting

1. Draw tracks.
2. Draw circles.
3. Draw simple compositions - rain, snow, grass, Christmas tree decorations on the tree, circles (which will be balls, apples, etc.), draw sticks - strings at balls, stems (sticks) at flowers, handles at shoulder blades, hedgehog needles, grass, patterns (arbitrary) on cups, rugs, towels.
4. Draw vertical and horizontal lines.
5. Draw short and long lines.
6. Closer to three years old - to paint pictures (some drawing teachers are against coloring - they believe that coloring kills creativity (since the child does not draw on his own, but works according to a ready-made template). Decide individually whether to teach the child to paint or not).
7. Draw the child's attention to the choice of color for the drawing (we draw the grass in green, the rays of the sun in yellow).
8. Draw with a stick on sand, semolina, snow.
9. Leave prints with paints using stamps, sponges.
10. Learn to paint with paints (wash and moisten a brush).
11. Paint with finger paints.

Modeling.

1. Roll out plasticine, dough with straight and circular movements of the hands (balls and sausages).
2. Break off small lumps from a large lump, flatten them with palms and fingers.
3. Connect the ends of the rolled stick, pressing them tightly against each other.
4. Just play with dough and plasticine (free creativity).
5. Sculpt lumps of plasticine on paper (feed the chicken, make points to the ladybug, etc.).
6. Master the technique of spreading plasticine on paper.
7. Leave prints on the test with various objects.
8. Cut figurines out of the dough using cookie cutters.
9. Learn to cut the dough with a plastic knife.

Application.

1. Perform a plot application (sun + cloud + house, etc.) from 2-3 objects.
2. Applique an object from 2-3 parts (houses (roof + window), mushrooms (head + leg), etc.).
3. Cotton wool applique (depict clouds, snow, dandelions, sheep, etc.).
4.Applique from crumpled pieces of paper.
5. Torn paper applique.

D. N. Koldina
Modeling and drawing with children 2–3 years old. Lesson notes

Introduction

Painting activities not only help the child to master the elementary techniques of sculpting and drawing, but also have a beneficial effect on the overall development of the baby: they awaken emotional responsiveness, foster a sense of beauty, form hard work, develop thinking, attention, memory, imagination.

This manual contains notes of fascinating complex lessons in modeling and drawing with children 2–3 years old.

Classes are structured according to the principle "from simple to difficult" and are held once a week throughout the year. It is useful to conduct integrated lessons: in one lesson, draw dots on the back ladybug, and on the next one, sculpt small balls of plasticine and attach them to the back of another ladybug. In the same way, you can sculpt and draw round vitamins, small apples on an apple tree, etc. Using the methods and techniques proposed in this manual, you can come up with new tasks: potatoes in a bag, patterns on a sundress, a pond for fish, a hollow for squirrels, etc. dr.

In the period from 2 to 3 years, the child quickly masters speech. Songs, nursery rhymes and fairy tales are the first literary works that a baby hears. Getting acquainted with the works of poets and writers, oral folk art, imbued with wisdom and kindness, the child learns to be honest, fair and sympathetic. Children of this age have a well-developed imagination, they get vivid impressions from an emotionally told fairy tale. Children empathize so actively that they even feel like participants in the events discussed in a fairy tale or nursery rhyme. Kids with great enthusiasm will help the heroes in need of their support: sculpt cookies for a hungry kitten, "build" a little house for animals, which was destroyed by a bear, etc. Almost all the lessons offered in the manual begin with a fairy tale, a funny poem or a nursery rhyme. This helps to emotionally touch the kids, turn the lesson into an exciting game. Role-playing and outdoor games also contribute to the creation of a gaming mood, entertaining tasks on the development of thinking.

Classes in visual activity involve not only teaching the techniques of modeling and drawing, but, above all, communication between an adult and a child. By observing each child in class or playing with other children, you can learn more about him and cope with difficulties in his behavior.

If a child quits his occupation , as soon as something did not work out for him, it means that he does not know how to overcome obstacles. This can be taught by offering him other ways to achieve what he wants. The child will understand that there is a way out of any situation. For example, if your kid is unable to draw a car, invite him to make a car with you from matchboxes or a designer.

If a child quickly loses interest in the lesson perhaps it is too simple or difficult for him. Understand the reason and make the task harder or easier. For example, a kid needs to sculpt bagels from plasticine. If this is too easy for him, offer to sculpt rolls and decorate them with beads, buttons, and other material. If the task is too difficult, start by sculpting "patties" (balls) from plasticine and also decorate them with additional material.

If a child gets tired quickly , can not sit out even five minutes, try to develop his endurance using massage, hardening, sports exercises; in the classroom, alternate between active and calm activities more often.

For a child understood the task and performed it , it is necessary to develop attention and the ability to focus. Play a game with him "What has changed?" Place 3-4 toys in front of your child, and then hide one toy or swap the toys. Try to attract the child to the logical completion of the task ("Let's prepare some more cookies for the bear: he is very hungry and very hungry", "Let's blind the Kolobok and put on a theatrical performance").

Be kind and respectful to children. Hold their attention by changing your tone and intonation. Support each child, do not scold for failure, better think about how to achieve the desired result, but also do not do for the kid what he can do himself. By welcoming his independence, you will teach your child to overcome difficulties, make decisions and take responsibility for their actions. Talk to your child more often, explain why it is so good to act, but not to do so. Then the baby will understand you better.

Hello precious Leonards and Goyas!

I beg your pardon for the distorted names of great artists (Leonardo Da Vinci and Francisco Goya), but this is how I often call my son when he paints.

Introducing children to the world of art and self-expression is an important task that first of all faces loving parents. Drawing with a baby from 1 year old will become not only a way to captivate the little one, but also a very useful activity for him, helping to develop abilities and character.

The benefits of creativity

Drawing is an interesting and accessible form of developmental activity. In addition to taste, studying color and shape, the kid learns to hold a brush, pencil.

First drawing (from 1 year)

10 simple steps for the first lessons will make it easier for mom to understand the steps. What to do and how.

1. From a year old, babies can be offered to create with their palms and fingers. If your kid is older, but was not familiar with drawing lessons before, then also start with simple activities.

2. For drawing at the initial stage, finger gouache or finger paints are suitable, which are essentially the same thing. According to its composition, this product is completely suitable to taste it. However, it does not replace food, and the mother needs to be constantly vigilant so that the baby's hand is not in the mouth.

3. We also need a large sheet of paper, because the movements of the toddlers have not yet been honed and will certainly go beyond the limits of the small album format.

Whatman paper or a roll of wallpaper is perfect. You can sit both on the table and on the floor. If the room is warm, you can leave the baby in only panties - he will draw on himself! Yes, this is how the acquaintance with paint happens, they all love to draw on themselves. Then you just have to carefully convey the young Leonardo to the bathroom.

4. Show your kid the colors. I poured a little into the lid and only then gave it to Danil. Dip a child's finger in paint and print on the sheet, the child must understand that the paint leaves a mark on the paper.

5. Draw a plot in advance, which you will add together with the baby. Mark the earth, a cloud, a circle-sun, stems, a tree with branches and call the baby.

6. Be sure to articulate what is happening. Your story stimulates attention, develops speech. To begin with, draw with your fingers, and then you can smear the palm and fingers with a sponge and show the baby how to spank on paper, after which beautiful patterns remain.

7. Place dots that will symbolize rain falling from a cloud to the ground. After the rain, grass and foliage grow on the tree - draw small green lines with our fingers.

8. In the first few sessions, try not to use many colors. Two, maximum three, is more than enough.

At the moment of color change, focus on the fact that you need to wash off the paint and only then use the next one. (I had a small basin of water prepared in advance, and wiped my fingers and palms with a sponge so as not to constantly drag the child into the bathroom. After all, interest in the lesson can be lost on the way).

9. Now you can smear the entire palm with yellow paint and leave prints around the sun, so you get rays. Well, with the arrival of the sun and warmth, flowers bloom. The trace from the palm at the end of the stem is a blossoming flower. The picture is ready, you can hang it in the nursery.

10. One-year-old children prefer abstraction in creativity, give freedom. Some children are given for their mother to lead the drawing process, while others, on the contrary, resist and paint wherever they want. In this case, give free rein to the artist, let him create!

Here is the picture we got:

Possible plot drawings, as described above, you can draw individual objects. There are many options for such games, you can think of anything.

The main thing is to remember: it will not work smoothly, beautifully, neatly now. Circles, dots, lines, little men - cucumbers, waves - the ideal version of drawings in 1 year. With the accumulation of experience and practice, the picture will become more interesting.

In order for the drawing process to bring pleasure to both you and the child, both in the first lesson and in the subsequent ones, you need to prepare for learning:

  1. Think about the place where the child will create. If the choice fell on a room with a light carpet, then it is unlikely that the mother will be able to relax.
  2. Put clothes on your child that you don't mind getting dirty.
  3. Prepare an apron, objects for drawing, a rag, if you plan to draw with your hands, then take care of wet wipes or a towel.
  4. Be sure to tell your child that you cannot drink water or try paints.
  5. Encourage creativity and cravings for it.

Of course, there is no need to wait for the perfect result - the shapes will be uneven, most likely the fidget will mix colors, make a few blots, and even a large paper format will not protect the floor from paint stains.

But fiery eyes, positive emotions and the benefits received by a child while drawing are not comparable to the disasters caused. Therefore, mom should relax and also enjoy the process.

How was your acquaintance with finger paints? Did you like everything?

Or did you paint yourself and mom, as well as the floor and table?

In any case, I think the child liked it, moms do not always like it, but what to do.

So, are we still going to create?

We continue drawing with kids from 1 year old and go further in our knowledge.

For drawing, we still use finger paints and draw with our fingers to consolidate the skill. While drawing, be sure to say where what color is a hundred times and your kid will quickly learn the colors.

  • Special ones also come to the aid of parents notebooks for drawing ... They greatly facilitate the process and help out if the time for inventing is limited. Simple drawings with large details are suitable for the kid, some have inserts with stickers. There are a wide variety of such notebooks on sale.

I offer you several templates that you can download, print and draw with your fingers with your little one.

  • My son and I also love very much coloring pages ... I take simple plots or monosyllabic characters so that the child understands what kind of picture is depicted. And it is advisable to cut this coloring into separate sheets, because your artist does not regret paint and smears from the heart, your coloring will simply stick together.

I also offer several simple patterns for cutting, with which the baby may already be familiar.

Do you remember the well-known school line?

It can also be purchased in office supplies to this day. Here you kill two birds with one stone: teach geometric figures and make up various animals or objects from them:

You can also make any stencils yourself from an old box.

Or to ordinary lids from plastic bottles glue the drawings you cut out.

We continue to be amazed at the baby's work and now we already have some success. We can stay longer for this lesson and it is exciting and interesting for us.

Moving on to more meaningful drawing.

You can invite your child to choose materials for creativity:

In general, we draw and draw again!

May fantasy be with you! Bye everyone, bye!

Do not forget about the comments and go to social. networks.
